We currently deliver to Kenya and Uganda.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Nairobi/Kampala: 24-48 hours
• Other major towns: 2-3 days
• Remote areas: 3-5 days (additional fees may apply)

Delivery Fees

• Nairobi CBD: KSh 300 / UGX 12,000
• Other Nairobi areas: KSh 400-600 / UGX 15,000-22,000
• Kampala CBD: UGX 10,000
• Other Ugandan towns: UGX 15,000-30,000

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can also type "TRACK ORDER" followed by your order number to get real-time updates.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a second delivery attempt will be made at an additional fee.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Damaged products upon arrival (photo evidence required)
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product

Not Eligible for Return

• Products used more than 30%
• Change of mind after 7 days
• Products damaged by customer
• Herbal teas and supplements due to hygiene reasons (unopened only)

Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and issue description
2. Send clear photos of the damaged/wrong product
3. Return the product to our shop or arrange pickup (fees may apply)
4. Once verified, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase (bank deposit or mobile money).
